We have many payment options available here at Holy Spirit -
Direct Debit method: Families can enter into an agreement to pay a set amount every 2 weeks. This payment is debited from your Bank account each fortnight through an arrangement with the Catholic Education Office. (Please call to the office to fill in the appropriate paperwork)
Credit Card method: Families can enter into an agreement for a certain amount to be deducted by the school from their Credit Card on the 15 th day of each month (for 10 months from February to November).

Net Banking: Some families like to be able to pay their fees via the Internet. If you decide to use this method, you will need to see Coralie to get the School bank account details. Please make sure you use the family code shown on your school fee invoice so that payments can be identified on the school bank statement.
Cash, Cheque etc. Of course the usual methods of payment are still available - a lot of families call into the school office and pay either by cheque, by cash or by Credit Card. (Credit card payments can also be made by phoning in to the office and the girls will process the payment).
Health Care Cards: Families with current Health Care Cards may be eligible for a discount on their Diocesan Tuition Fee. Families are invited to bring their current Health Care Card into the school office to arrange for this discount. Please contact the school office to make an appointment to speak with Coralie (Office Manager) to discuss this option.
